VEGETATIVE PROPAGATION METHOD INFLUENCE ON THE ANTIOXIDANT COMPLEX OF VACCINIUM CORYMBOSUM L. CULTIVARS

There are presented the results of a comparative study in an experimental culture central agro-climatic zone Belarus, influence method vegetative propagation plants (cuttings and microclonal) on antioxidant enzymatic (catalase, peroxidase polyphenol oxidase)activity fruits early ripening (Weymouth) late (Elizabeth Atlantik) varieties V. corymbosum L. It was shown that against background significant genotypic differences dependence studied characteristics complex reproduction, meristemic were characterized by 5–21 % higher activity catalase especially comparison with traditional analogues, but at same time 13 lower oxidase Weymouth Atlantik 8 Elizabeth. Based analysis correlations between indicated components plant obtained different ways, one hand, content them ascorbic hydroxycinnamic acids, pectin substances, actually anthocyanins, leukoanthocyanins, catechins flavonols, other meristem have been established according to sources activity.
